8 Days Machame Route
One can also trek the Mt.Kilimanjaro through this route though considered a little tougher than Marangu and is mostly used by 2nd time climbers. Accommodation along this route is based on mobile camping tents unlike bandas on Marangu route. Being a little longer, it gives you ample time for acclimatization and thus takes a minimum of 6days on the mountain and a total of 8days if travelling from Kenya
